Amarelo plays with the idea of textural contrast. A background of Hand-Brushed Papyri Paper lends a matt finish to the pure white, jet black and yellow ochre areas, which juxtapose pleasingly with selected shapes finished in high-gloss black.
Inspired by Maresca Interiors’ collection of Brazilian modern tapestries, RAW is intended to give the viewer a sense of immersion. Representing the concept of pure, untrained creativity and thought, the limbo of the mind and unchanneled reason.
The variety of brushstroke combinations and contrasting tones give volume and form to the space, resulting in a stunning visual tour de force.
