Abstract flowers, handpainted in the Expressionist style, waltz across our slubbed Raw Silk in this collaboration with Jessica Jubelirer.

  • A collaboration with celebrated American designer Jessica Jubelirer, Ammaliare takes its inspiration from the elegantly whimsical work of 20th-century French artist Christian Bérard. Abstract flowers, handpainted in the Expressionist style, waltz across our slubbed Raw Silk, evoking a sense of movement and sophistication. An earthy mid-century Italian palette incorporating terracotta and olive lends warmth to any space, while hand-embroidered details in raffia and cotton bring a tactile richness, a perennial theme in our work.

  • Jessica Jubelirer’s enduring collaboration with Fromental culminates in Ammaliare—Italian for “to enchant.” Inspired by Christian Bérard and our shared commitment to hand embroidery, the design features stylised florals on a raw silk ground. Blurring the line between wallcovering and artwork, Ammaliare suits both minimalist and eclectic interiors, reflecting a shared devotion to the decorative arts and American design.
