Dawn Song
A soft, warm colourway which gradates from a delicate blue to a subtle apricot hue. Brushed with metallic paint and finished with silver embroidered French knots.This atmospheric representation of the glorious light of dawn, with the last of the night’s stars still just visible, made this one of our most adored rooms at Paris Déco Off 2023.
The urban cityscape is brought to life through the cotton and silk embroidery of our Goldoni wallcovering; Textural motifs allude to blinking lights whilst vertical intersections signify the skyscrapers that dominate so many current landscapes. Hand-stitched tufts add further touches of colour and detail. The composition and colour evoke the crisp clear shapes of a twilit city scape.
