  • Our shop features a selection of printed wallpaper, artworks, and accessories, all available for immediate purchase.

  • Bespoke products can be tailored to fit your specific needs and are handled by an account manager, while shop products are ready for immediate purchase without customisation.

  • Yes, we provide samples for our wallcoverings, we recommend requesting a sample prior to committing to a wallcovering order. Our bespoke samples are available to trade customers only and are loaned. Our shop wallpaper samples are purchasable as a bundle of 6 samples.

  • Yes, for our trade customers samples can be loaned rather than purchased for our bespoke product range. If samples aren’t returned within the allocated period, Fromental will invoice the full value of the sample. If you need a little longer or wish to add the sample to your library, please contact your sales representative.

  • Our products have been successfully installed in numerous powder rooms. However, for full bathrooms where high humidity and steam are common, we advise caution, as silk and paper wallcoverings may sustain damage and might not be the best choice for that environment.

Artworks

  • Artworks are stocked but often framed to order, with dispatch typically occurring within 1-2 weeks. Each piece is handmade and crafted in small batches to ensure quality.

  • All of our artworks are framed, as shown and are not available for purchase unframed.

  • Yes, all orders will require a signature on arrival, please refer to your confirmation email for further shipping and tracking information.

  • If an item is out of stock please use the 'email me when out of stock' functionality, we will be happy to let you know when stock is replenished!

Services

  • Yes, our bespoke product range can be customised on request. Please get in touch with your preferred colour palette and we will be happy to help.

  • Yes, we provide a commissioned design service that allows us to create custom solutions based on your requirements. Availability may vary depending on the specifics of your request, including budget and project nature. Please contact us to discuss your needs further.

  • Tailoring involves taking a standard design from our bespoke range and adjusting the layout to fit within your space. We use floorplans and elevations to optimise the placement of the design, ensuring that key elements like birds and butterflies aren’t cut or obstructed. We also create a panel plan to ensure that panel seams are well-placed.

  • A standard run consists of a series of panels with a preset height, where the first and last panels connect to form a continuous repeat. This process does not take room plans or elevations into account. It will be the responsibility of your installer to determine the optimal starting point for the panel run and to conceal the seam where the pattern aligns back to the beginning.

  • Fromental does not provide measuring services. We recommend hiring a professional installer to accurately measure your space.

  • Yes, we can accommodate standard run orders from our bespoke product range. Please reach out to us with your wall height and the number of panels needed, and our client services team will assist you.

  • Fromental does not offer installation services. However, as part of our bespoke service we can provide a list of recommended installers who are experienced with our products upon request.

  • The wallpaper available in the shop is sold at standard heights and cannot be tailored. However, feel free to contact us for assistance with any custom requests and we will do what we can to help.

  • Yes, many of our bespoke designs can be adapted for hospitality solutions, including vinyl wallcoverings, developed on a case-by-case basis. Our designs grace the walls of some of the most prestigious public places in the world.

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our bespoke products and the use of natural materials, achieving precise colour matching between dye lots and paints is not possible. Some panelling and colour variation between silk panels is a natural characteristic and is considered a desirable feature of our products.

Delivery, Returns and Cancellations

  • Once your order is complete we will notify you of shipment. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Generally, we recommend allowing 1-2 weeks for delivery, as we must account for potential customs delays, unforeseen weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

  • It may be possible to expedite your order for an additional fee. Please contact your Fromental sales representative for more information and guidance on this option.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

  • If your order is delayed, please contact our customer care team for assistance. We will provide you with updates on your order status.

  • If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not yet been dispatched.

  • Yes we offer international shipping for all of our products. Shipping fees will vary depending on location.

  • Products may be dispatched from various locations, leading to different lead-times. Delivery timeframes are indicative and may vary based on availability and demand.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on wallpaper, as it is printed to order. However, artworks and accessories can be returned within the 14 day cooling off period.

  • Please contact our customer care team with your order reference to arrange your return, and they will provide the necessary return address.

  • If you believe a product is defective, please notify our Customer Services team with details and images within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate the claim and discuss potential replacements or refunds.

Product Care and Maintenance

  • Cushions should be spot cleaned only, while artworks may require gentle dusting. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
