The most traditionally feminine of our Babinda colourways, Herschel’s dusky pink Mademoiselle silk provides an elegant backdrop to its embroidery in tones of gold and bronze.

Inspired by mathematical graphs, Babinda’s hand-painted and embroidered asymmetrical crosses and lines create a strong yet delicate design.
These elements are brought to life through a stunning balance of intricate painting and hand-embroidery on a background of paper-backed silk.
We have two versions to choose from. Our Standard Layout features large cross motifs and lots of space; our High Density Layout features smaller-scale motifs, which are arranged into a more compact design.
